Whose Fire Extinguishers Do We Use?

We bring all our own fire extinguishers so that there will be no need to use yours.

How Do We Pay?

We will invoice you after your training course/s. We normally email the invoice to your preferred contact. You can pay by BACS or cheque.

Why Do We Need Parking?

We bring display equipment including fire extinguishers and our trainers need to unload this. If we are undertaking the “live fires” these are controlled from a specialist gas rig which is connected to our vehicle.

Will We Be Able To Use Fire Extinguishers?

Yes, you will normally be given the chance to use extinguishers on “live fire” scenarios. This is dependant on the space allocated and an assessment.

Why Do You Arrive An Hour Before The Start Time?

This enables our trainer to unload and set up in a timely manner, which then allows us to discuss your procedures and action routines.

When Will We Get Our Certificates?

The certificates will be posted to you within a couple of days of your training.

What Space Do You Need For The 'Live Fires'?

We require an area of between 4 / 5 car parking spaces, with a minimum of 3m from any building, vehicle or combustible material.

Are You Accredited?

Yes, we are accredited with the IFSM (Institute of Fire Safety Managers) & Safe Contractor.

What Area Do You Cover And Do You Come To Us?

We are nationwide and normally deliver the training at your premises.
